WordPress Automation

If you do the same thing in WordPress every week, it can probably run by itself.

Most teams don’t notice their routine anymore. Copying data from a spreadsheet, re-typing form submissions into another system, updating events, chasing editors for approval — it’s “just how it’s done.”

I find that manual work and automate it.

What I look at

  • Content workflows

Creating, updating, approving, and publishing content.

  • Data that moves by hand

Between your site, spreadsheets, forms, CRMs, messengers, or any service with an API.

Examples from real projects

  • Google Sheets → Website, Always in Sync

    Problem

The team kept key data — such as prices, schedules or stock — in Google Sheets. Every change meant someone had to copy it to the website by hand, so the site was often out of date.

    Solution

A plugin that syncs the Google Sheet automatically and displays it as a styled, custom table on any page via a simple shortcode.

    Result

The team edits the sheet as usual, and the website updates itself. No copy-paste, no developer needed for content changes.

  • Elementor Forms → External System, Automatically

    Problem

Leads from website forms had to be re-entered manually into a CRM or partner system. Slow, error-prone, and data sometimes got lost or mistyped.

    Solution

An integration that captures every Elementor form submission, transforms the data into the exact format the external API requires, and sends it automatically.

    Result

Every submission lands in the external system within seconds, in the right format. Zero manual data entry.

  • Event Management on Autopilot

    Problem

Every event required manual work: announcing the next one, moving past events to the right section, and writing similar descriptions over and over.

    Solution

    An automation that:

    • sends notifications about the upcoming event,
    • updates event tags based on dates, so each event always shows in the right place on the site,
    • generates event content automatically from date and venue.

    Result

Events manage themselves from creation to archive. The team only adds the basic details.

  • Content Approval Workflow

    Problem

Content from a partner website was copied manually, editors were chased by email for approval, and every published post had to be announced in Telegram by hand.

    Solution

A full workflow, set up with the partner’s agreement:

    1. New content is pulled from the partner’s website and saved as a draft.
    2. Editors get an email to review and approve.
    3. On publish, a notification goes to the Telegram channel automatically.

    Result

Editors only do what requires a human — approving. Everything else runs by itself.

How the audit works

  1. Step 01

    Book a call

Pick a time and pay upfront via Calendly.

  2. Step 02

    1-hour video call

You share your screen and walk me through how your team works with the site. Together we find the manual, repetitive work. No admin access needed.

  3. Step 03

    Written summary

Within 2 working days you get a list of what can be automated, how each solution would work, and a rough estimate.

Common questions

Do you need access to my site for the audit?

No. During the call you share your screen and walk me through how your team works with the site. The audit needs no admin access.

When do you need access, and to what?

Only when you order a solution. I ask for the access that solution needs, and the timeline starts once I have it.

What if nothing can be automated?

Then the written summary says so, and why. You still get a clear picture of your workflow and of what would or would not be worth automating.

How does the €100 credit work?

Order a solution within 30 days of the audit and €100 of the audit fee is credited toward it.

How long does an automation take, and what is included?

Usually 1–2 weeks, depending on the systems involved. The final price is fixed after the audit and includes development, setup, testing, one round of revisions, and 30 days of bug fixes.
